Advertisements will appear in both the newsletter and on the website. We reserve the right to reject ads that we deem inconsistent with our mission. All ads must obtain approval by the Newsletter Editor and/or Website Editor before acceptance. Ass involving continuing education opportunities must include the CEU Provider Number (if applicable) and course leaders' license information in the ad.
Advertisers have the option of paying for an ad to appear for as long as one year. Please e-mail copy for both newsletter and website ads to "Advertising Manager" at: advertise@eastbaytherapist.org.
Please submit copy for our classified ads through the website.

Respect for the profession and for each other as colleagues prompts the following guidelines for advertising submitted in the newsletter and the website: Advertisements for services are directed toward clinicians and/or interns, and directly pertain to practice of the profession, enhancement of therapeutic skills or services that contribute to clinician wellness. Examples include ads for education, office space, referrals, consultation, job opportunities, retreats and workshops for therapists and the public.
Ads that seek to influence members' political points of view or other matters that do not pertain directly to the profession are not related to the purpose of these media. We hope that clarifying the place of advertising will contribute to a collective sense of mutual respect and professionalism.
Questions about this policy can be referred to the Board of Directors or the Advertising Manager.

Display ads may appear in our Website and Newsletter. We also accept ads for dedicated mailings to our subscriber base. We insert the word "advertisement" above each ad to indicate it as such. Your ad may include a hyperlink to your own Website or to a full-size landing page on our Website. Your ads should be transmitted electronically to the above e-mail address.
Graphic Design Service You may send us final artwork, or for a small additional fee rely on our graphics staff to create the ad for you based upon your Word document or other form of input. Our staff can work with your photos, raw artwork and even extract elements from your Website or digital brochure to create an ad that fits your style.
Dimensions. Display ads are sized 180 pixels wide by 360 pixels tall. They can be graphical or text-based. Your full size landing page can containg artwork up to 600 pixels in width. Final artwork must be JPG, GIF or PNG. File size under 100K is recommended. You may also submit, for our editing, Photoshop, PDF, InDesign, or TIFF formatted artwork. (Contact us if you or your designer work with other formats – they will probably be okay.)
Duration of Ad Run – "Ad Cycle" Ads are scheduled according to a two-month cycle. A cycle is a two-month period that starts the day you ad goes live on the Website.
