How to Apply
It's fast and simple to join East Bay CAMFT using our online forms!
- First, determine your eligibility for membership and the corresponding fee schedule for your membership classification.
- Organize your information materials. We'll ask you a number of questions about you, your contact info, education background and professional standing. And you'll need your bank or credit card information if you plan to pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal or an e-check. Missing some information? You can return to your form and complete it later if you can't find everything you need all at once.
- Get a temporary account on the system. Your name and email address, together with a login and password, creates your temporary account that you will use to access the rest of the application.
- Proceed through the online screens. There are six screens that help organize your information into logical blocks. We estimate it may take you up to fifteen minutes to complete all the screens.
- Submit your fees online (fastest response) or select "mail-in check." If you select the mail-in check option, we'll process your application after we have received your check at our offices.
- We'll promptly notify you of your approved membership once we have reviewed your information processed your payment.
