The Diversity Committee's is composed of Chapter members from different backgrounds. Its goal is to promote communication and understanding across cultures in the Chapter and to address problems of prejudice and discrimination.

One way the Committee members accomplish this is to publish an article in the Diversity Corner of the monthly Chapter newsletter, "The East Bay Therapist." They also plan workshops on Diversity Training.
