How we connect with others in personal relationships is, in large part, determined by our early attachment experiences with our own parents. The session will include a review of attachment styles as defined by Dr. Daniel Siegel in his book Parenting from the Inside Out. Workshop participants will be guided through a series of experiential exercises designed to help them understand their own attachment styles and how that affects their current relationships. Participants will gain insight into the process of attuned parenting, and learn skills that are applicable to their clients who are parenting teens and young adults.

The fee for Wednesday workshops is $5 for members; $10 for non-members. Saturday workshops include a $10 member or $20 non-member fee.

Please RSVP to ceu@eastbaytherapist.org so we know for how many attendees we need to prepare space and nourishment.  This is a 2-hour CEU course.
