Mindfulness for Overactive Minds
Tailored for those with highly active minds, especially those with ADHD, we will explore how using different ways of paying attention can help with self-regulation.  Increased self-regulation can result in positive outcomes in managing emotions, improved communication, time management and productivity.

Having ADHD herself, Ellen Walters MFT is uniquely aware of the challenges ADHD can bring.  She has been helping her clients with ADHD better understand, manage, honor and enjoy their lives and their relationships.

Kate Mehler PhD is intensively trained in DBT, which teaches mindfulness as the foundation of change.  She has a particular interest in teaching others with ADHD, as her own mindfulness practice has been life changing.  Kate has been doing psychotherapy for over 20 years.

The fee for Wednesday workshops is $5 for members; $10 for non-members. Saturday workshops include a $10 member or $20 non-member fee.

Please RSVP to ceu@eastbaytherapist.org so we know for how many attendees we need to prepare space and nourishment.  This is a 1-hour CEU course.
