We will be discussing and experiences the integration of the Here and Now Interpersonal Process Group and the Expressive Arts. The essence of the Here and Now group is to keep returning to the intrapersonal and interpersonal experience of the group's members. This provides them with an opportunity to explore and heal wounds that come from childhood and still affect their lives currently. Adding in the Expressive Arts gives us the advantages of both exploration and healing. This includes all of the arts, including drawing, poetry, drama, movement, sound and music, and others. A skilllful integrating of the arts can help the members deepen into their Here and Now experience. It can also bring positive states into the therapy experience, such as creativity, joy, playfulness, compassion, and intuition. These states can provide healing processes for the group members wounds that take the form of anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem
