At the completion of this training participants will be able to:

  • Identify the two primary reasons why a therapist might be called to provide deposition testimony.
  • Analyze the information in a deposition subpoena in order to convey that information to their patient(s).
  • State the three individuals who may assert the psychotherapist patient privilege.
  • Identify the seven ground rules common to most depositions.
