Educational Goals

This presentation covers critical legal requirements and clinical considerations for providing treatment via minor's consent under Family Code Section 6924 and Health and Safety Code Section 124260. This presentation will help therapists understand the primary legal rules governing the provision of treatment via minor's consent.

CEU Certificates

Course Completion certificates will be awarded at the end of each course in exchange, on the following Monday after your course completion (Please check your registration email for directions). Each course meets the qualifications for 1.5 hours of continuing education credit for LMFT’s, LCSW’s, LPCC’s and LEP’s as required by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
